Pricing FAQs
Who counts as a user?
Every employee record with an active employment status. Offboarded employees stop being billable — your bill goes down when people leave.
What happens mid-cycle?
Adding seats mid-cycle is prorated so you only pay for the remainder of the period. Removing seats takes effect from the next cycle.
Is GST included?
No — all prices shown exclude GST. Your invoice is a proper GST invoice; add your GSTIN in billing settings to have it printed on every invoice.
